» Shipping & Delivery
When you check out, the shipping option along with the price, will be shown. We offer free shipping on over 90% of our inventory. When you hit the submit button, you are taken to the verification page. On this page, the total of your order, with shipping total included, is shown.

We make no money from shipping. All shipping costs are based on the shipping rate we pay.

Special Shipping Policy: We will contact you for shipping outside of the continental United States, even if the shipping total is given when you check out. We do NOT charge your credit card before speaking with those ordering outside of the continental U.S.

Note: To unsure prompt and correct delivery, you must provide your proper address. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, or like addresses.

Our Privacy Policy is short and simple. Your personal information belongs to you. We use your information to complete orders, and to improve our site. We will never sell, rent, or trade your information, save for cases of fraud or other illegal activity.

Periodically we will send out email to those who have signed up for our Mailing List. If you sign up for our Mailing List and later wish to have your name removed, simply email us at info@hometheatersolution.com. We will remove your name within 24 hours.

Bluntly put, we despise Spam, privacy intrusions, and any other activity that owes its existence to greed. We are in business to make money with the merchandise and services we sell, not your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

» Returns & Replacements
Our return policy is simple. If unsatisfied with any item purchased it can be exchanged for the first seven (7) days for a credit. We also warranty any item we sell for thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase. If a product you purchased from AcousticSoundDesign.com becomes defective after 30 days, we will locate a service center in your area to make repairs. If the product is still under the factory warranty, there will be no charge for the repair, and we guarantee this. If we cannot find a local service area near you, we will make arrangements for you to ship the product back to us. We will have the product repaired by an authorized repair specialist at no cost to you, after which we will ship it back to you at no charge. That is, you will pay the shipping cost to send it to us, and we will take care of the charges to send it back to you.

All returned merchandise must be in original manufacture's carton and include all accessories. All warranty cards must be left blank for the first 30 days, in case product has to be returned to HomeTheaterSolution.com.

To return an item, contact us toll-free at (888) 224-3663 or email us at info@hometheatersolution.com, and you will be given an authorization number.

Any merchandise returned that is not defective will incur a 15% re-stocking charge.

Our pricing is set at the lowest price we are allowed to by the manufacturers. Our pricing is far lower than physical stores, large chains, and other home theater online stores. We guarantee to match any price offered by an authorized dealer.

We frequently offer a variety of Promotions, including specials on shipping, price rebates, and Gift Certificates. Sign up for our specials list and we will notify you when we run special promotions.
